Implementation is a major challenge in any national NCD program as most of the NCD programs are new. Though there is a growing recognition of the importance of implementation research, significant gaps in human resource capacity and implementation challenges still remain. The course will be comprehensive online learning for knowledge and skill development in implementation research, particularly in relation to NCDs. The course will be an important step towards the growing emphasis on implementation science as an essential aspect of bridging the evidence-to-practice gap. The training will be through interactive sessions and skill development by expert faculty.
